We start you off with a huge bowl of fettuccini, then you hunt for the ingredients you want in the skillet. Choose your sauce: Alfredo or Marinara. Add to it as many ingredients as you like: Prima Vera Vegetables, Tender Shrimp, Chicken or Buffalo Sausage. As few or as many as you like.

Cedar Plank Salmon
Western lore has it that when pans were not available, travelers west would put their
fish on cedar planks directly over the fire. As the wood browned, the smoke
sealed in the natural flavor of the fish. Wild caught salmon finished with a scrumptious herbed butter over the top, rice and vegetables.

The favored stagecoach stops would receive smuggled herbs and spices from the Stagecoach Driver.  In return, he would get a special plate at the dinner table. We create this stuffed steak from Swiss cheese, mushrooms, sage bread stuffing and roasted garlic sauce in honor of the brave Stagecoach Driver who would risk his life smuggling these ingredients just to eat this stuffed sirloin.
